Red Light Therapy

Red Light Therapy

Why people commonly use red-light therapy

People commonly use red-light therapy to support muscle and joint recovery, ease stiffness, maintain healthy-looking skin, and promote general wellbeing. The gentle combination of red and near-infrared wavelengths makes it popular with athletes and everyday clients alike.

How often?

Many people begin with two or three sessions per week for several weeks, followed by weekly or occasional maintenance sessions. Frequency depends on your goals, routine and response, so we will help you choose a sensible plan.

What to expect

Sessions last approximately 15–20 minutes. You will relax while lying down on one of our powerful light panels, wearing protective eyewear. The treatment is non-invasive, comfortably warm and requires no recovery time—you can continue your day immediately afterwards.

What to bring

Wear comfortable clothing, swimwear/underwear, that allows the area being treated to be exposed. Your skin should be clean and dry, without makeup, lotions or sunscreen. We provide protective eyewear. Please tell us beforehand about any light-sensitive condition or medication.

I returned for cryotherapy after four years since several sessions. This time, I had cryo on a Saturday. On Sunday, I felt lighter and more energetic than usual until late afternoon. Matt suggested I book 3 sessions in the first week, which I have. If the initial result is anything to go by, this time next week, I hope what worked between Saturday and Sunday multiplies with the consistency of these first 3 goes. I intend to have fortnightly or monthly sessions afterwards, for chronic fatigue, all-over body pain and widespread osteoarthritis. I have faith in the process.

First visit for a float and the place is fantastic. Staff were very friendly and facilities nice and clean. I haven’t had a float for a few years and forgot how relaxing and great it is for calming anxiety which I suffer from as a result of PTSD. Will definitely be using the floatation tank again for mental health maintenance.

I first met Matt when using the hyperbaric oxygen chamber as a recovery aid after having 18 months treatment for cancer. Matt treated me with respect and was really passionate and informative about the treatments they provide. I have since had a number of other sessions and can honestly say I can really feel the benefits especially for the neuropathy in my feet. After talking with both Matt & Paula I have just tried the cryotherapy and loved it. What a feeling when you come out of there!! Thank you team for providing us with these fabulous treatment options at a very competitive price. I am now hooked and coming back for more! Highly recommended.

My first time visiting and I really enjoyed it. The staff were lovely and so knowledgeable. The entire place was so clean. I’m looking forward to returning as soon as I’m well enough.

Make recovery part of the plan—not something you remember when you’re already running on empty.
