Why people commonly use hyperbaric oxygen therapy
People commonly choose hyperbaric sessions to support physical recovery, general wellbeing and the demands of training or a busy lifestyle. Others use it as complementary support while managing longer-term health challenges, alongside—not instead of—appropriate medical care.
How often?
Some people attend once or twice per week, while others choose a more concentrated course of sessions. The most suitable frequency depends on your goals, health and response, so we will help you plan a sensible routine.
What to expect
Following a health screening, you will relax inside a comfortable pressurised chamber while breathing oxygen through a mask. Pressure increases gradually, and your ears may pop—similar to flying. A typical session includes around one hour at pressure, plus gentle compression and decompression.
What to bring
Wear comfortable, clean clothing and avoid perfume, aerosols or oil-based skincare products. Shoes, lighters, electronic devices and other non-approved items remain outside the chamber. We provide the oxygen mask and explain how to equalise your ears before starting.
