Why people commonly use cryotherapy
People commonly choose whole-body cryotherapy to support recovery after training, ease everyday muscular or joint discomfort, reduce feelings of stiffness and enjoy a quick physical and mental reset. Others simply love the energising, wide-awake feeling afterwards.

How often?
There is no single schedule that suits everyone. Some people book an occasional session after demanding exercise, while regular users may attend once or twice per week. We will recommend a sensible routine based on your goals, health and response to each session.
We are confident in saying; you will know if cryo is for you after five or six sessions.
What to expect
After a short health screening, you will enter the cryotherapy chamber for approximately three minutes. The air is extremely cold but completely dry, making it surprisingly manageable. You may feel tingling and intense cold, followed by a refreshing, energised feeling as your body warms naturally.
What to bring
Bring clean, dry underwear or shorts; women may also wear a sports bra. Your skin and clothing must be completely dry. We provide the necessary protective gloves, socks and footwear. Jewellery, watches and other metal items must be removed before entering.
